Estimated Duration of Delivery

The delivery period is displayed on the product page. When the package will be delivered can be viewed on the "My Basket" page, i.e. after entering your delivery address and desired delivery company. 

In the event that the ordered items cannot be delivered by the manufacturer, due to the manufacturer not being able to fulfil their contractual obligations, we have the right to withdraw from the order. The customer will be informed immediately. 

Please note that our packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Austria, thus our Customer Support Team is not available on Austrian public holidays, nor are order processed or packages dispatched on these days. 

Delivery Services

DHL

In Germany the delivery is done via DHL or the Deutsche Post. When an order is placed before Wednesday 09:00 o'clock (CET) and all the ordered products are in stock, the order will be processed on the same day. Generally the duration of delivery in Germany takes Delivery in 1 - 3 working days..

An order confirmation email is sent if the order placement is successful. The dispatch email containing the tracking number is forwarded to the email address provided once the order ships. The tracking number can be used to follow the tracking progress.

Depending on the delivery company selected, the tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be visible on the tracking page after the receipt of the dispatch email. Thanks to parcel notification, you can check at any time about the planned delivery of your parcel, either via email or push notification in the DHL app. This allows you to adjust the delivery day or location on short notice. You can also check the status of your shipment any time using track & trace. Simply create a DHL account here to take advantage of these services.

The estimated dispatch and delivery dates are displayed on the product pages and in "My Basket".

Our courier partners do their best to deliver orders in a timely fashion. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.

UPS

Access Point
With UPS you have the option of collecting your package straight from one of their Access Point.
The UPS Access Point network boasts longer opening hours for your convenience.

DHL Express

Parcels delivered to Germany are carried out by DHL Express.

The order shall be processed on the same day when an order is placed before Wednesday 09:00 o'clock given that the ordered products are in stock. Once the parcel has been shipped it is estimated to reach its destination within Delivery in 1 - 3 working days..

An order confirmation email is dispatched when an order is placed successfully. A shipping email is sent to the email address that we have on file in the evening on the day the parcel is dispatched. This email contains the tracking number assigned to the parcel. The tracking status can be traced using this code.

The expected delivery dates are displayed on both the product and checkout pages.

The shipping companies used strive to deliver the parcels as quickly as possible, however, unforeseen delays may occur, oftentimes as a result of weather conditions or high parcels volumes.

Our Packaging

We care about the environment, and so should you!

The filling material used is 100% biodegradable - and suitable for composting. Glass containers are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection against breakage. 

Our boxes are made from pure carton and can be disposed of in waste paper refuse. 

Delivery of Bulky Items

Bulky items are delivered via a mailing department (freight forwarder). In principle, items are delivered to the curb of the specified address. If delivery directly to an apartment door is preferred, individual requests may be honored for an extra charge. 

Customs Clearance

Our goods are dispatched from Austria which is part of the European Union. For orders placed within the European Union, VAT is included in the total purchasing price. Thus the movement of goods is exempt from any additional customs and tax duties within the European Union.

Please note:

Goods being shipped to Helgoland, the Canary Islands and Åland may incur additional taxing and custom duties as a result of special trade agreements that are in place.

Express Delivery

In addition to UPS Standard Delivery, we also offer UPS Express Delivery. Orders placed by 13:00 (CET1) containing in-stock products can be scheduled using UPS Express. Thus, UPS Express Deliveries may reach their destination across Europe as quickly as the following working day. 

Products that are not in stock can also be delivered using UPS Express. Delivery will commence as soon as the products are available. 

UPS Express Delivery can be selected at checkout (regretfully, this option is not available for all countries). The surcharge is calculated depending on the point of delivery.

Delivery Before Christmas Deadlines

We have compiled a delivery before Christmas deadline list to help you plan your Christmas shopping.

Please note that orders placed using the "Cash in Advance" or bank transfer payment option can only be sent once your payment reaches our bank account. Bank transfers may take several business days to clear, therefore, we recommend selecting a different method of payment to ensure the speedy processing of your order.

The stipulated dates only apply to orders that contain in-stock products. Please note that the specified times do not guarantee that orders placed on or before these dates will be delivered on time. The times and duration of delivery are dependent on the selected delivery companies.

*If you would like to place an order after the suggested deadlines, we recommend that you order using Express Mail (DHL Express or UPS Express). Please note that Express Mail costs extra and also comes with a recommended "order by" date. Express Mail is not overnight mail, it is simply faster than regular mail. The estimated dates of delivery are simply estimations and cannot be guaranteed.

Collection & Pick-Up Points

DHL Packstation

By creating a customer account, you have the option of saving a list of different delivery addresses in your account. A parcel can also be shipped to a DHL Collection Point in your region. In order to do so, the following data will be required:

  • Full name
  • Your assigned DHL PostNummer

The receiver is notified by DHL once the parcel reaches the collection point. A reminder is sent 48 hours after the initial notification. Two days prior to the collection deadline received a final reminder is sent. Thereafter, the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

UPS Access Point

By creating a customer account, you have the option of saving a list of different delivery addresses in your account. A parcel can also be shipped to a UPS Access Point of your choice. These Access Points form part of the UPS network providing a parcel collection service that can be selected based on their vicinity to your home or workplace. The UPS Access Point locations include newsagents, supermarkets and groceries stores.

Simply click on "New UPS Access Point" button at checkout and select a UPS Access point in your area.
